Group Exercise

Group Exercise Classes

Group Exercise Classes are a great way to add a boost to your workout! Suitable for any fitness level, we have both 30 minute and 60 minute classes! No need to call ahead, all of our classes are drop-in.

2000 square foot, mirrored room offers a bright and welcoming place to work out!

Members get access to unlimited fitness classes! Memberships start at only $19/month.

Drop-in costs are $5 for 30 minute classes & ZUMBA, $10 for 60 minute classes.
